By accessing or engaging in any Quantum LIGHT© course, training, platform, program, community, or communication channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:

Quantum LIGHT© is a metaphysical educational system.
Each participant remains fully responsible for their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.

All students sign the Certificate of Interaction & Responsibility, acknowledging that:

• They are accountable for their own inner work, choices, and experiences.
• They do not place responsibility for personal outcomes on any teacher, facilitator, organizer, or Dr. Niki Papageorgiou.

Self-leadership and inner maturity are core values of the Quantum LIGHT© path.

To maintain a safe, neutral, and focused learning environment:

Quantum LIGHT© groups, Zoom rooms, teams, communities, and messenger channels exist only for education, study, practice, and training.

These spaces are not for:

• Trauma dumping or emotional venting
• Personal therapy or life problem-solving
• Drama, gossip, conflict, or personal attacks

All participants agree to maintain:

• Respectful communication
• Non-judgmental presence
• Confidentiality
• Emotional responsibility

Any misuse of group space — especially manipulation, emotional dependence, or disruptive behavior — may result in removal to protect the integrity of the field.

All participants agree to interact with kindness, neutrality, respect, and non-interference.

No Practitioner or Teacher may:

• Promise miracles or guaranteed results
• Claim to “heal” others
• Replace medical, psychological, or professional advice

Quantum LIGHT© teachings support inner evolution, but never replace medical or psychological care.

All Quantum LIGHT© material — symbols, codes, diagrams, teachings, practices, and systems — is the original intellectual property created by Dr. Niki Papageorgiou.

Participants agree that:

• No material may be copied, altered, shared, or taught without official certification/licensing.
• Certified Teachers/Practitioners may use the material only within the level they are certified for, as stated in their License Agreement.

This ensures purity, accuracy, and ethical transmission of the work.

To protect the integrity and safety of this system:

The only recognized Teachers, Practitioners, and Licensed Instructors are those listed on the official website:

Anyone teaching or representing Quantum LIGHT© outside the official list is not recognized by Dr. Niki Papageorgiou or the Quantum LIGHT© Schools.

This protects the field, the students, and the authenticity of the methodology.

Participants agree that:

• No material may be copied, altered, shared, or taught without official certification/licensing.
• Certified Teachers/Practitioners may use the material only within the level they are certified for, as stated in their License Agreement.

This ensures purity, accuracy, and ethical transmission of the work.

Quantum LIGHT© must never be used to:

• Control, pressure, or influence others
• Create dependency on a teacher
• Build personal spiritual hierarchy or followings
• Exploit students emotionally, spiritually, or financially

Teachers are guides — not saviors, authorities, or figures of power.
Leadership within Quantum LIGHT© is based on ethics, humility, and service, never control.

Quantum LIGHT© must never be used to:

• Personal sharings within groups and trainings remain confidential.
• Consent is required before offering guidance, sessions, or energetic support.

Confidentiality protects the safety and sacred trust of the learning environment.

By entering any Quantum LIGHT© School program, course, certification, group, or online space, you agree to act with integrity, respect, and professionalism toward all students, facilitators, and the body of work created by Dr. Niki Papageorgiou.

If a participant displays misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms, the Founder and/or School Administration reserves the right — at their sole discretion — to remove or revoke:

• Access to groups, platforms, or community spaces
• Participation in trainings, workshops, or programs
• Practitioner or Teacher status
• Certification or licensing (current or future)

No refunds are granted for removals due to misconduct or violation of this Disclaimer.

This policy exists to protect the purity of the teachings, the student community, and the energetic field of Quantum LIGHT©.
